Well Week 2 of Focus T25 is in the books. I also got in 1 long walk ( last sunday) and 2 Zumba sessions and 2 body combat days. Pretty good exercise week if I do say so myself. i will measure again tomorrow to see if it is working, I only lost .2 of a pound, so I am a little stressed about that but I didn't eat as well as I could have an 2 days last week and I was severely stressed on 2 others, my food intake wasn't that bad, but stress is bad for you. anyway, my goal for the coming week, focus t25 week 3, 2 Zumba sessions 2 combat sessions, and at least 2 walks. I am working on getting 3500 calories a week burned through exercise. i did that this week and it went pretty well. I will start with a walk in the morning. The weather channel says I have a 2 hour window of sunshine. so I am trying to make use of that. my alarm is set and my clothes are laid out. then I will come back and do my week 2 day 7 of Focus t25 which is a stretch video. I am looking or ways to include some strength training and some weight lifting in my routine, so now I am looking for programs I can do for myself without the help or the cost of a personal trainer. especially ones in the gym who charge you 30 dollars for a half hour. anyway. have a great night and a wonderful health y week.
