I'm not sure what's going on with my GI track but my stomach has been upset since I came home from Zumba this morning. Nothing I've eaten (soup, crackers, Ginger ale) has stayed down. Yuk!
Back on Track Day 6 Update:
"Have you been tracking your food as carefully as you should?" I tracked EVERYTHING I ate today using the Sparkpeople app on my phone and online. (Which wasn't much!)
Have you really been giving it your all during your workouts? I went to Zumba this morning.
Have you been letting mindless snacking get the best of you? Definitely no mindless eating today!
