Sucky Saturday!

Stressful day. I went shopping over town to get out of the house after doing some of the cleaning up. Picked up some Italian wafer cookies that are about 4 inches in diameter and only have 23 calories in each... vanilla flavour and anise flavor.

Subway for supper.

Buddy was all wound up today and he scared me a few times when he was dashing and jumping as I tried to jog... only did 2 laps tonite.... about 3 miles. I upped to a 1.5 litre bottle for weights today and that was harder... heavy to carry around too... it may only be an extra half pound, but a very noticable difference

Breakfast - ww bread with peanut butter, banana
Lunch - homemade soup, prunes
Snack - anise cookies
Supper - subway cold cut sub,
