I don't work out regularly. Or at least never used to. Why?
Well... I walk everywhere I go. LITERALLY. I've never had my own car or my license to borrow somebody's car. So my feet took me everywhere they could easily reach (couple miles across town, etc.).
So to say my overall athletic level and physique is quite, well, lacking since I graduated high school, left the marching band life behind and quit playing softball in 9th grade.
That being said, I am starting at the beginning level. And I may be there for QUITE a while. And that's perfectly okay too. We all gotta start somewhere right?

Wonder if there is an ab-workout I can add into the mix in a few weeks? Hmm... the hunt begins!
