so i did my workout video this morning, seated 11 minute cardio, here on spark, then my walk around the park, with a 30 second break on the bench, i was able to do 2 laps. :) happy day. tired but happily so. still trying to eat right, started tracking my sodium intake as well as calcium and a few other nutrients on the food page, its amazing how much salt is in everything when your trying to cut back. the daily intake is about 1500 mg a day. ive gone over it every day now :(
guess its back to fruits and veggies (oh no! lol) i love my fruit and mixed veggies, and smoothies and salads. so no loss, but hmm, am a vegetarian so that means cutting back on my chik sandys :( but i eat beans ect ill get it right.
