Mental fitness minutes???

If fighting all that negative self-talk was a physical one, rather than mental one, I would have racked up a lot of fitness minutes yesterday!
It is amazing how many triggers there are just sitting around in plain sight. For example, the chocolate zucchini brownie cupcakes and carrot zucchini bread (Spark Recipes - both with extra fiber and flax seeds - woohoo!) on the cooling rack . . . they are headed for the freezer, wrapped in individual serving sizes. Right now!
Another day, another step forward.
