I have made small changes..

Today my SPark Coach is telling me to blog about changes I have made.. well I have been constitent with my walking I am very proud to say... when I started I had my treadmill but all of the sudden it broke down on me..but you know I was upset and started to make excuses on not to exercise because of it.. then it clicked no way I live 2 blocks away form a park and I started to wlak to it.. on the way I began to realize I lived in a good neighborhood my neighbors began to greet me along the way..I began to see the bueaty in mother nature.. I already have the pool schedule to attend it it only gonna cost me 2 dollars for me and 1 for my son... Today I went to walmart to get my groery and my husband said let take a look at how much a treadmill cost I told him you know I prefer a stationary bike because I want to continue my walking around the neighborhood I love it.. so the change would be the I see myself not making excuses to exercise .. and acting on it.. I have also watch what I am eating and having lots of fruits on the counter and refridge.. not missing soda pops been 4 weeks without it... I am changing one step at a time ...

    a bicycle would be good also and its great for the knees and leg circulation.
