I'm so glad this cold is starting to loosen its grip at last! I'm still super-congested, but I got some decent sleep last night so that makes all the difference. Hopefully another night of great sleep, and I'll be good as new.
Did a little exercise this morning, just to do something for the day as opposed to the nothing I've done all week! I'm nervous to full-force launch back into it, so I just did some of my walking video to start with. I can just keep my calories low while working on building my endurance back up. Seems like I start out feeling good in the morning, but by the afternoon I want to go back to bed if I do too much!
I'm still at 198, so that's cool. Got to the 1, and felt miserable doing it LOL! I won't consider myself fully away from the 2 until I'm in the 180's. Then it'll take something drastic to make the 2 come back!
I need to figure out some stress management, or at least how to stop obsessing over things I can't do anything about! I'm still struggling to get my brain to shut off at night. I'm still craving silence as my daughter endlessly prattles on. I'm so mean! Haha she's going to my mom's for the night, so hopefully I can recharge my batteries a little.
