AC and dishwasher

Saturday, August 17, 2013

Maintenance came and fixed the AC, now I am so nice and cool!

Also, my ten year old dishwasher had given up the ghost! So my apartment complex replaced it with a better one! It is so nice having clean dishes!

They also fixed my bathroom sink!

So it was a productive day on Friday!

With everything working like it should you must feel like you're living in luxury. Nice when all is well and working.

Steve, that's why I sold my house and moved to an apartment. It's so nice when I don't have to ay for all that stuff! Have a super weekend! emoticon

That's the advantage of having an apartment - things like that are a pain when they break down, but you just make a call and they fix them for you. I live in a condo: I don;t have to worry about cutting grass, shoveling snow, or getting rid of the garbage once a week. But when something breaks down inside, it's up to me to check around and find someone to fix it and then pay for it. One gripe I have is that the windows need replacement. The condo association fixes the roofs and maintains the balconies, but don't replace the windows. They do, however have rules about what the windows and doors must look like. Go figure.
