KITTYROXX's food photos.

KITTYROXX's marinade:The steaks had been bathing in my favorite marinade: 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 4 tsp Low Sodium Montreal Steak Seasoning. Usually I let them sit in a dish and flip them every few hours, but today I marinated them in a ziploc bag instead. I have to tell ya, I like the bag method better! It flavor just seems to soak into the meat so much better.

KITTYROXX's cauliflower rice (spiced with onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and S&P) and steamed beans.

I always marinate in ziplock bags-just flip them every couple hours!

Wow! You can come and organize my refrigerator any time! I've gotten better in the last few weeks about cleaning and cutting up the fruit when I bring it home from the store, but that's about the only progress I've made. Does the stores in your area carry Chef Prudome's seasonings? (Not sure if I spelled the last name right, but the guy looks just like Dom DeLoise.) They are so wonderful. I marinade meats in those seasonings and a store brand Italian dressing. It's quick and wonderful.
