Today I'm feeling a little drained and groggy. I didn't eat enough calories yesterday. I know that. I got a new client, and it's about an additional 7-8 hours a day and takes me to almost 8pm. It's going to be tricky to work around having to work through supper, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. I'll probably end up eating while I'm with them.
Anyhow, I've got a list of things to do before I go to work today. Yep. You read that right. Working today. And tomorrow. And all next week. My next day off will be next Sunday. At least I'm not working too much on my weekends. Today is one 5 hour visit. My other weekend visits are the 7-8 hour ones with the new family.

Lot of little things. the biggest is my run.
This is a tough one for me. I kind of missed the last two weeks. So I guess I'm still at 4 weeks. I guess that's not so bad though. It's not like I'm overwhelmed with friends here in town. I still feel like a stranger.
I've also got to change my mindset. Yesterdays run was so much harder than it had to be, mostly because I had such a negative mindset about it. I need to find a way to turn my thoughts from "please run me over so I can stop now" to "you've got this" and "go go go" I'm thinking that's my thing to work on today. Changing my mindset.

You know what this pic is? It's my readout from my heart rate monitor from today's run. It says I only walked for a couple blocks in the middle. Other than that, I ran the whole way. Got my HR up and kept it there. For the full 70min of today's run. I haven't been able to do that in a very VERY long time.
