I have assorted fruit, beef sticks we call slim jims, cheese and crackers, nuts, and carrots and celery ready for the cooler. Today is a travel day. I will walk this am and then start helping to load the car and pack last minute items. I hope there is room for us!
My husband informed me we would find a place to stay with a work out room so I could walk in the morning before we get on the road. Wow, he is now thinking about my changes in life too! He told me he is proud of my 10,000 step a day streak and doesn't want me to miss my goal if I don't have too. Nice to have support.
My vacation goals: Have fun, eat healthy (looking forward to sea food), one protein drink a day (taking this with me), hydrate (case of water in the car), daily supplements (packaged to carry), engage with family (fun, games, activities), enjoy the sun on the beach and in the pool, walk on the beach in the morning and at night with family, 10,000 steps a day (I wear that fit bit one 24/7)!
My lap top is coming with me so I may be checking in just depends of what is happening. It is kind of addicting and I know I will plan this, it also has really helped me stay on track so think this may need to be a goal as well, time permitting!
