I still have absolutely no clue what bug managed to bite me, and I am still on doctor's orders regarding workouts. I can do light exercise now, but if I sweat I must shower and get my the bandage changed over the incision. At least I can move again! I have been too.

This said, I will still be off of SP more than on for the next few weeks. It is a tease that is to distracting for me - all the calories I eat and barely any of them being worked off. I was losing my focus, and focusing on the numbers instead of on me. This is my journey to get healthy, not stress over a bunch of numbers. When I accepted this, the scale leveled out, and I have maintained instead of gained. YES! So happy.

I found my garden, oh wow was it over grown with weeds. I was so into finding my garden I wore a hole in my new gloves the second day I owned them. Duct tape to the rescue. It is much happier, and to my delight - Carrots are actually growing this year. I harvested beats, radishes, peas, green beans, cucumbers, and lettuce. Such a delight! Soooo delicious. Store bought has nothing to fresh from the Earth.

Have a blessed day!

Yes, gardening is therapeutic for many.

I know these kind of things you said are annoying. Like boils and rashes.

We get stronger when we don't get derailed from these nuisances. emoticon
