Cannot believe I am up this early on a Saturday! Saturday's are for sleeping in, not for waking up 6'o clock in the morning! Anyway, today I am off to see my friend's wedding venue and to just hang out with some friends in Atlanta. Very excited, but NOT looking forward to the drive!
Today is also supposed to be high carb day. However, since I'll be with friends, I flipped my reward day and high carb day so that I don't set myself up for failure. I'm going to enjoy today, tomorrow will be high carb day, and come Monday, it is slingshot week where the entire week will be high carbs!
So glad I got my workouts in yesterday, cause now I can just lounge, drink my Shakeology, get ready, and leave. Hopefully there are not too many cars on the road at this hour! Whenever I sit in a lot of traffic, I always imagine a large crane that pick up the cars in front of me one by one and places it behind me.
Yes, I'm a child, I know....
Anway, today's planned cheat day menu looks like:
#1 Tropical Shakeology w/ honey pecan pie coconut butter & banana
#2 Quest Bar
#3 Chipotle: Chicken salad w/ tomato, corn, cheese, and guac (I know it's a cheat day, but I had to look at the menu to see the nutritional facts, and yeah, let's just say I'm not ordering what I normally order cause that one order would be meal for the ENTIRE day!)
#4 Shaved ice w/ fruit topping & mochi, or King of Pop popsicle, haven't decided which one we are going to eat yet
