Hey I came back a few days early~

I was over at The Riviera for a few days watching my friend and his team play APA team pool. They are actually playing another match right now at 1130pm. They have some wild hours and schedules going on I could hang with that when I was a little younger but being in my early 40's now I can't deal with it. Plus it was very difficult to get food I would eat, wanted to eat. It was carbs overload and after 2 days of the wild schedule, funky food and a few other minor things I just came back home and my friend is texting me updates as they occur lol. We'll see one another Sunday again so I'll see him before he leaves Monday.
I didn't really take time off from work but after taking Wednesday-Sunday night that will be enough of a break to get back to it Monday night. I didn't get much sleep Wednesday or Thursday nights because of the noise so I decided to come back home and sleep in my own bed with little to no noise. I had to take a nap earlier when I came back and I only had dinner and a snack for today so my nutrition has been wonky since Wednesday evening. I almost need a smoothie cleanse to clear out the carbs overload. I did get some excellent walking done on The Strip though so there is that.
Tomorrow I will get back to it nicely and feel like I'm doing right again. I think it may be almost time to hit a Doctor for my left foot. The other foot where I hurt my ankle is alright but the left foot has a bit of pain going on. Another podiatrist, yeah. lol~
EDIT--Went to Doctor this morning round 10am, he wants me to stay off my foot for a few days and minimal walking, sigh. Its alright I'll do chair exercise and some yoga and bike. Any other ideas I haven't thought of? I'm going to start strength training tomorrow as well!
