So I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale.. I'm officially down 120lbs from my highest weight. I seriously can't believe it. It's crazy to think of how far I've come. I've dropped 18.2 points off my BMI and went down 6 pants sizes. SO EXCITING! I'll post update pictures when I get to 125lbs gone. Hopefully that won't be too long from now.
In other news day 35 was a super success. My friend and I did 8 miles total outside. 4 miles of running/ 4 miles of walking. Then we did abs. 4 miles is the most I've ever run in 1 day. Another huge milestone for me! I ate totally healthy and stuck to my calorie range all day. Maybe I'll weigh even less for my weigh in on Sunday. Either way I'm already 2lbs lower than my goal for Sunday.
Days 36 and 37 I'll be working 12 hour night shifts both nights. So my workouts are going to be only an hour each day instead of 90 minutes. Day 36 is going to be 30 minutes walking at 15% incline/30 minutes ST legs. Day 37 will be just an hour of easy cardio.
I'm going to cut up some veggies and fruit to have it ready for work the next two days and pack myself some healthy lunches. I'm ready for a healthy weekend!
