Last weekend went well so I'm going to keep trying to set small weekend goals for myself!
This weekend I don't have much free time - quite the opposite of last weekend! What is dangerous for me the next few days though is all the time that I will be at work. Planning meals is much more difficult for me when I have to prepare and pack, pretending to know what will sate my appetite! I often run into the issue where I think I pack enough but end up hungry an hour or so after eating. At work I am surrounded by chocolate and candy (probably a major reason why I have these extra pounds) that is super hard to resist! I stand at the front of the store and smell chocolate constantly or stand in the back and see all of the full boxes! It doesn't help that employees are able to eat whatever they want of it while we are working.
My goal: Just one piece of candy per day.
I am not going to say that I can't have any because that would only make me want it more! When I go to work telling myself to stay away from the candy, I end up obsessing over it all night and just eating it anyway. So, one piece will let me have some while not over-doing it. Then I'll have to exercise some willpower to not have anymore!
Working in a shop with candy is tough!
Outside of work, my goals are to stay within my calorie range and to workout each day. Tomorrow I want to do 60 minutes of cardio and a core workout. Sunday, I will probably do cardio again and maybe some lower body ST.
