Day 31: Strength workout

Day 31: Strength training. Warmed up w/ foam rolling quads, inner thighs, back/T-spine & rolled traps w/ tennis ball. Did child's pose 3x. Did plank 3x, holding for 15 secs each time. Did dead bug exercise, 5 sets 12 reps each side. Did bar assisted push ups 4 sets 15 reps. Did Romanian dead lifts. 1 set, 7 reps w/ 60 lbs, then increased to 70 lbs and did 3 sets of 7. Had to stop at rep 5 each time and do last 2 reps when I switched to 70 lbs.
