Phew I am sweating, it is 31 degrees outside, I'm very crampy, and I just did day 2 of the abs and squat challenge. That is:

20 sit ups
8 crunches
8 leg raises
12 second plank

and 55 squats.

The abs are pretty manageable, but the squats really make me sweat. But, a round bum = worth it. Gonna stretch then seek out dinner!

    emoticon I hate squats! My legs hurt so much afterward. Good job for finishing them!
