A few wins this week. First and foremost:

Yup, found the Sriracha chips ( ). On the hunt for cheesy garlic bread, and then my life will be complete.

Speaking of finds, I had to go to Hartford for meetings on Tuesday. Itís about a three hour drive, so my first stop upon arrival was to pop in to Dunkin Donuts next to the office to refuel. I donít know about America, but itís true that Nicole runs on Dunkin Ė particularly buckets of caramel coconut flavored coffee.

Anyway, it turns out that the Hartford location carries the Gluten Free product line I mentioned a few posts back ( ). I figured I should take the opportunity to try one, as who knows when it will make its way down to New Jersey.

Let me tell you Ė not worth the fat and calories.

The texture was a little bit off Ė it was sticky and gummy and yuck. I hate messy foods. Glad to have tried it, donít need to do it again.

But despite the Gluten Free donut fail, Tuesday was a win overall Ė my meeting was a success (in that I believe I didnít come off looking totally incompetent), I got a free birthday brownie ( ), AND I received an awesome surprise in the mail.

I wrote about my discovery of The Better Chip ( ) in a vending machine at work a few weeks ago. Because I was so happy to have found a snack food I didnít feel terrible about eating, I started trolling the internet for news about the company and found that they run a weekly Facebook contest for free swag. I dropped my name in, as Iím always compelled to do, but nobody ever wins these things, right?

So when a random box from a sender I didnít know showed up on my doorstep, I thought perhaps I should call my local bomb squad. But I didnít know the number, so I just opened it:

How cool is this? I get to try all of their fab flavors AND I got a coupon for a free bag so that I can go get more of the one I like best.

So far, I tried the Spinach and Kale chips which I liked even better then the Roasted Red pepper. And I love the t-shirt Ė but I think the sizing is more appropriate for my cat. It will probably have to wait to be worn by a completely Wheat Free Nicole in a few months. Girly sizes always make me feel huge.
