While I'm feeling committed to really trying hard to eat well, exercise and lose some weight, today was one of those days when my body just felt tired. It always seems that when I start a strength workout after a long hiatus, two days later I pay for it! My arms and legs ache!! adn to top it off from some of the hula-hooping work I've done trying to spin in my non-natural direction I have a whopper of a bruise on my hip.
But on the upside, my evening run was a little faster timewise than Wed night's, and I'm very happy with my food choices for today. Tomorrow, my aches and pains will begin to subside and I'm on the path to the best me I can be!
