Stressful week

It has been a week of stress for me. I ate within my range but always close to the top. It will be interesting to see how I do on weigh in Sunday.

    Stress is a hard thing to factor in in the weight loss/healthier life equation. I try to have tools at the ready for stressful situations: making sure I get enough rest and sleep, making sure I take all of my vitamins, my favorite tea to make at night after a long day, healthier snack options that won't sabotauge my nutrition plans. Things like tea and snacks you can plan for. The other things you just have to be able to say "enough!" and take care of you. I hope next week is less stressful for you!!

    Hope the stress is going away-I know it is horrible on my eating program! Hopefully the weigh-in goes well. I just throw in a couple of low calorie days to try to counterbalance the high days.

    Rooting for a loss-you are doing so good-watched Dr. Oz today and he was talking about how our emotions affect our eating-most of us do not eat because of hunger-hmmmm, pretty sure I am one of them!!!
