So I am beginning a 30 day challenge tomorrow. It is a personal challenge and I'm going to follow the KISS principle. I'm going to focus on 3 specific actions during the next 30 days (8/17/13 - 9/15/13).
Focus #1 - Logging my food every day, no matter what.
Focus #2 - 40 Minutes of exercise 6 days a week.
Focus #3 - Blogging about my day, every day. I will post some time between 8 - 10 PM every evening. This way I can reflect on the day.
