1) Healthy dinner leftovers: Makes my lunch prep in the morning soooooo much easier
2) My changed teaching schedule: LONG productive mornings, lunch and a very short afternoon. I was bummed about it (I'm not good with change) and now I love it.
3) The days when my husband picks me up from work. Date night - a nice way to end the work week.

JOURNALING (Something positive that happened in the last 24 hours): We had our first fire drill this morning. It includes a fast paced escape up the stairs and an uphill climb through a looooong parking lot to get to our safety zone. Last year, I'd barely make it up the stairs without wanting to faint. I would take forever to catch my breath (Wheezing) to call names of students and wanted to collapse after that. Today-- out up across call names, done, back to class and to normal teaching with no problem. Again, something most in shape people dont think twice about but a very big deal for me. I have an undercurrent of motivation these days that I believe is going to take some solid root.

EXERCISE: Forgot to turn on my alarm and did not wake up like I was at the beginning of the week. Hope to do something this evening. If not, I'll trade it with my planned rest day tomorrow.

MEDITATION: LOVING IT!! I think I'm going to order more of the harmonics music. I feel most benefit and success with it so far. I'll shoot for tibetan monk level some other year.

Karma is sacred and I don't like to explain it to impress others or myself so here's my humble thumbs up for getting it done. emoticon
