A runner friend of mine sent me this link for bad running habits. It's kind of common sense, but also helpful. I'm definitely guilty of several.
Minutes: 361/900(Aug goal)/8961(annual total)/13,000(annual goal) -My last blog I had a totally different number. I'm not sure where it came from. Possible typo???? I triple checked this one.
Plank: Up to 1minute - I'm supposed to be up to 2minutes on this 30day challenge. Not quite there. The days leading up to the 1minute it only increased like 5 or 10 seconds, then it suddenly goes from 1minute to 1.5minutes to 2minutes! I'm going to have to work myself up there. I'm somewhere between 1.05 and 1.15. Not giving up!
I'm super proud of myself 1) b/c I'm getting out of bed early to jog on Friday's b/c I don't workout Friday nights and 2) b/c the road I'm jogging on is hilly and technically 1.2miles. Here it is this lovely morning:
