A runner friend of mine sent me this link for bad running habits. It's kind of common sense, but also helpful. I'm definitely guilty of several.

Minutes: 361/900(Aug goal)/8961(annual total)/13,000(annual goal) -My last blog I had a totally different number. I'm not sure where it came from. Possible typo???? I triple checked this one.

Plank: Up to 1minute - I'm supposed to be up to 2minutes on this 30day challenge. Not quite there. The days leading up to the 1minute it only increased like 5 or 10 seconds, then it suddenly goes from 1minute to 1.5minutes to 2minutes! I'm going to have to work myself up there. I'm somewhere between 1.05 and 1.15. Not giving up!

I'm super proud of myself 1) b/c I'm getting out of bed early to jog on Friday's b/c I don't workout Friday nights and 2) b/c the road I'm jogging on is hilly and technically 1.2miles. Here it is this lovely morning:

    Wow...I would give anything to go for a run out there in that peacefulness! reminds me of just outside my hometown. No one there, just you & your goals. & even more so getting up early to do it!! Give me some of that initiative, I am NOT a morning person even though its nice to start the day off with & not have to worry about fitting in later.

    Great job on the planks!! They are super tough, I still haven't gotten the hang of side planks and holding it for 1min is amazing girlie! keep it up.I even noticed you are basically at your goal inches gone too, wowzas, KILLING ITTTT!
