Patty Pan Squash


I'm not sure if they are all patty pan but the store had them all together. (I had other but already ate them)


I sauteed them(ok I had toooo much ketchup)

I also chopped up some and put in my salads. Then I steamed some in my steamer just added some spices.

They taste close to a zucchini and butternut squash and was very tasty.

I would leave out the cheese and the oil.

This looks yummy but time consuming and hard, I was thinking of cooking them separate and no stuffing the patty pans. (I had one of these yellow ones, I steamed them)
