today I finally called my doc at my dear husband's insistence. Yes, there is a bug going around Raleigh and yes, it is lasting a long time. Add immodium to the rest of what I'm already doing, was the advice given.
So, walking consisted of a very short one with the poochies.
Then off to AC Moore over on Capitol Blvd with mil feeling mighty peculiar as I drove. Sure enough, I got in there and had a low sugar episode. I had eaten rice and broth this morning, so go figure. Went to the wedding section and grabbed some Jordan Almonds. I figured that at least there was some protein to go along with the sugar. Sat at the framing area until I wasn't quite so shaky. Yuck! I'm ready to feel good and be out running the trails.
At least I'm losing weight. Not wisely or purposefully.
Here's to more rehydration drink and rice and broth and g-i biotics, and rest.
If any of you Raleigh folks start feeling queezy. beware! Take sweet good care of yourself. Get plenty of gut friendly bacteria, rehydration drink, and rice and broth and bread for dry toast. You are in for a not so great ride.
Going to go for a lie down..............
