Early blog today.

Had my usual Friday Mussels for lunch. This evening home made vegetable soup, which made me sneeze because I had been liberal with the chilli.

I am going to cook trout tomorrow, haven't had any for a long time. I had sea bass a few weeks ago but it was terribly over rated. Delicate flavour but so many bones.

Feeling very edgy tonight, I do t know what brought it on but I had better have an early night before I start an epic binge.

    I recommend getting sea bass fillets - saves dealing with the bones! I love the flavour and texture of sea bass, but don't have it often enough.
