It does seem to be easier the longer I go. I still am eating yogurt that has been sweetened and granola bars. Using cinnamon has helped to make my oatmeal taste sweeter. One day I may trying to even go without those sweet treats. I did go to a party which I was worried about. I over ate a little but left before cake was severed, which made it easier. Good that I had worked out 80 minutes that day.
