I tried not to go to the gym today, I had some good excuses, but I went, and it was fun.
I did about 6 minutes on the elliptical which is a personal best, hopefully I will soon beat the fear and stay on for more time, but for now I am happy with small improvements. Rode Exercycle for 10 minutes and then walked the treadmill for 35 including cool down. At one point my heart rate was up to 160 and i got dizzy so i had to slow down. ended up keeping heart rate at 140 for 20 minutes.
I don't know why I keep trying to talk my self out of going. I enjoy working out once i start and feel fantastic after I finish. I already have registered over 5,000 steps on my fit bit and I still have to go to work.
