I have been exercising and eating better and I take off pounds then I have one day when I go out for chinese or vietnameese and have a normal portion but end up putting on 5 pounds which takes me a week to take off. Of course the cookies instead of dinner didn't help either.
Then I am back on my plateau. I just feel like I am not keeping my goals in sight.
I will be due for another talk with someone at the gym but I also think I need to cut down on my calories because one bad meal should not put me back so far.
This is a picture of my dad, he is 91. He is older than the car!
