I have been exercising and eating better and I take off pounds then I have one day when I go out for chinese or vietnameese and have a normal portion but end up putting on 5 pounds which takes me a week to take off. Of course the cookies instead of dinner didn't help either.
Then I am back on my plateau. I just feel like I am not keeping my goals in sight.
I will be due for another talk with someone at the gym but I also think I need to cut down on my calories because one bad meal should not put me back so far.
This is a picture of my dad, he is 91. He is older than the car!

    I feel your pain. I be on track all week ... let go over the weekend and all the weight I lost over the week is back. Ugh ... When you figure it out (without being perfect) let me know.

    Your Dad looks great! So does the car! The sodium really effects me when we eat out. I've just come to expect it.
