ok. here's the deal. i have not freaking stopped eating ALL WEEK! i can blame the insane amount of stress, i can blame the need to drink and go out during the week due to the insane amount of stress...blah blah blah. at the beginning of the week, i was balancing all of this eating with a daily workout, so at least i wasnt gaining...butttt....not yesterday. or today. i woke up at 154 today....and probably am at like 160 now haha from straight up eating shi* all day!!! i need to find a way to get back to sticking with the plan!!!!!! i am totally in the groove of hitting the park after work to go for a walk/run, so that part is not a problem...but my eating just straight sucks! i will be good usually all day, and then it all goes to crap after work. this job is just killin me!
i have to write a 40 page paper this weekend, so i DEFINITELY won't be going out and drinking...i am hoping that if i can get my act together on saturday and sunday, that i will be reinvigorated going into next week...hopefully...
