This morning I weighed my self
. I went from losing 11.4 pounds yesterday to a total of 12 pounds lost today
. If you looked at my previous blog
I explained this. Being happy
even if you lost only ounces, it does helps in your weight loss
. They are little steps & you should be proud of them
. The more you are proud, the more you are happy
. The more you are happy
the less stress
you are. Believe it or not stress
does cause weight problems
, I would know. Stress can cause of lot of things (medical or not).I am so excited
& I am so excited
my family can tell I lost weight
. I have no clue where I am losing it but hey I am losing it.I would tell my sister about my weight loss
but she don't support me sadly
but that's not going to bring me down
. Those victories
I have achieved
is what keeps me going. Everyone have a good rest of the day.
