Well, I am feeling rather like a slug today... maybe because it's raining... maybe because I ate chinese last night... not sure!
So, while I feel like wallowing, I am going to look at my goals for yesterday - and, you know what, I met them ALL!
Bouncing off that amazing day, I am going to:
* get in 7K steps (or more)
* eat 5 F/V's
* more protein, less sugar/starches
* drink 100 oz of water or more
* have no more than 1 mug of coffee
Same goals as yesterday, but am struggling to get in the F/V's and eat less sugar/carbs (I usually live on these, so minimizing for awhile is a good thing!)... so I am going to continue until I can do it fairly easily and then add on.
I will be starting a 24 day challenge late next week that will definitely be a challenge...but if I can get these few things under control BEFORE that, it will make it that much easier, right?
Anyway, here's to a great Friday and an equally, if not more, great weekend!
