I did well yesterday. I did throw away the corn bread breading. Yea me! My true test comes tomorrow. I always lose focus on the weekends. I am going to try so hard. Today I really don't have anything testing me. I did do my workout this morning and tonight I am going to do a power walk.

    When you want to snack - tell yourself that you have to drink a glass (2cups) of water first. This is great for increasing your water intake for the day or it is at least a deterrent for snacking!

    I have the same problem on the weekends. I noticed the pattern on my tracker. I have been trying to get up and get busy when I feel like eating. I will do simple things around the house or take the dogs for a walk or make a phone call. It seems to help me cope with the craving to eat and after I am done with the activity I am not even thinking about eating.

    I also have a problem on the weekends. Just keep trying and treat it like a weekday if you can.
