Today's challenge is to push harder through my workout to show myself I can do it.

I watched a taped show last night about a trainer named Chris who coached a guy who weighed over 400 pounds over a course of a year. Amazing. We can do this!

    I watch that show too but take it with a grain of salt because no one in real life can train like that for hours a day. Still it is fun to watch someone succeed and come so far! emoticon We may do it slower but we will do it just the same. emoticon
