Today I WI at 174.8lbs!
That means I did awesome this last week.
The weekend is upon us and usually, that's what hinders my efforts from the previous week. Not only that, we are camping again this weekend. Difference is, *I* have control over the food this time.
Tonight for dinner, I plan on a salad and a sandwich for the kids that I will just pick up at the grocery store before we head out. My hubby will just have to suck it up.
Plan for Saturday:
Breakfast- Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns for the men and children.
- I will have the eggs, a few browns and some freggies like strawberries and peppers
Lunch- Boneless, skinless Chicken thighs with rice and veggies
Dinner- Chili cheese dogs with maybe a salad or fresh veggies
Breakfast- we always do cinnamon buns as a quick out. I usually buy blueberries too
Lunch- we will do sandwiches with lettuce and tomato and some sort of a deli style meat.
After all that, we will head home at which point, I'm not sure what we will do for dinner. Maybe something fishy... mmm.
Of course since we are camping, there will be smores though I plan on only a couple of marshmallows and a piece of chocolate.
My FIL likes to snack, so I think I will get some pepperoni sticks and other fruit like bananas and watermelon as requested by the kiddies. He usually brings himself his fig bars too.
Over all, I think that's a pretty good way to go for food. I've been trying to plan trips away better than when I am home because I know it is ALWAYS a struggle for me.
As for booze, my hubby bought a big 24 pack of Smirnoff Ice yesterday. We each had 3 last night and the rest is for this weekend. I am going to TRY to not have more than 3 each night. I kinda had a bit of a headache this morning from the 3 last night and I certainly don't want to have headaches all weekend...
