Reading 'The Spark'

I was told in my spark coach session to make a blog today. So I guess I will. Firstly I wish the hot weather would come back. It is still nice but I really want to go swimming in our lake again. It was such fun! And I do love fun. Enough whining, we are going to town and I am shopping for new to me jeans and a new microwave. My sz. 14 jeans are slipping down around my ankles so need to get sz. 12. The thrift store is reopening today, Yay! I prefer previously owned stuff and I can get 2 pr. that way. My microwave is 9 yrs. old and the paint is peeling on the floor of it so am getting a new one. We use it a lot for reheating because I do a lot of batch cooking.
The other day I got my parcel from Schumsky with my copy of 'The Spark' and I am loving it. My kind of program! There is nothing in it that is not rock solid. I just need to work it more than ever. I am going to make one of my goals a vision collage. I've known for a long time I need to do that and I will make it happen. When I came across a bunch of magazines on my office shelves the other day I remembered that I had wanted to use them for the collage. I struggle to be crafty. I am more an intellectual kind of woman who prefers to write, read, think, clean, organize and batch cook. In that sentence I have summed up a lot of who I am. But I also adore my DH, love WWII movies (we watch them together and with Netflix we sure get a lot of them). Also I love my kids and dogs. Walking my dogs is the one constant in my exercise routine that I keep up but chair exercises is a close second.
There, I've done it another blog entry and there will be many more as I report how I am doing with 'The Spark'. Living in northern Canada it has been a bit tricky getting stuff I want because of shipping costs.

    Have you seen 'Heaven Knows Mr. Allison', 'Operation Petticoat' or 'Father Goose'? Those are some of my favorite WWII movies.

    I am like you kinda women. Not good with crafty stuff. But love of batch cooking. Yes, we all need good woking microwave. It's so convenient and entertainment nowadays, so I hate when we have power outage. You can't cook nor watch Netflix. I feel culture shock when we occasionally experience power outage. Vision collage sound great. Good luck making it.
When you done let us know how did you make up one. (*^^*)
