Started a little countdown on this challenge, which actually does have some concrete fitness, weight and life goals I am tracking mentally. There are 37 more days to said Equinox and having the challenge going has improved my mood and stability.
At work and later in the evening last night I found self falling prey to some old mind habits that haven't served me for a while, such as slippery slope and chaotic thinking and did notice I was stress eating some things I didn't desire due to some situations and how I felt about them.
But remembered I am on a quest to be better by autumn and it is amazing really, these days, how I bounce back and stabilize from such episodes.
