Accountability Day!

I'd love to say that the hike I took with Craig last Friday magically took off a lot of weight but no...instead I went on a 2 mile death march and GAINED 1.6 pounds...ergh! I'm frustrated, highly. But I know I will eventually get there. I've exercised 3 times this week and I will exercise again today. I bought a yoga mat and DVD and I'm hoping to use them for the first time today, wish me luck! Now for some much needed motivation!

    That happened to my daughter when she started walking at first. Now she is 38 pounds lighter since February!!!! Hang in there!!!!

    Like more than one of those motivational poster etc say, "Don't hope, just make an appointment for yourself with yourself and to do what you have to do .... and then DO IT !" I know that if I set up a schedule for myself to do things, anything, I do get it done... it is when I hope to find the time or the energy or whatever.... the whatever I wanted to do doesn''t get done.
I have faith in YOU ! You can do accomplish anything you are determined to do (well, it has to be something that only depends on YOU... we cannot make anyone else do what we want, although hope springs eternal!)

    These thoughts are what will help you and I make it, ever so slowly, to our desired goal. It took years to get where I am so it will take more than a couple of months to be healthier and loose weight. emoticon Thanks for sharing and keep up the GREAT work you are doing! emoticon
