So I decided ot os time to restart my regular workouts...with an esy 30 min turbofire workout. After all these were easy when I stopped. Man was I crazy to say that last bit
After 10 mins I huffing and puffing like the wolf
..after 5 mins I had to pause..at 30 mins...this is TORTURE thank heavens it is done!! And the next morning, oooh I had pain everywhere. I was reminded of all the muscles I had, the one in my back, the one in my shoulders, and not to forget the one in my butt... talk about ouchies Fter you sit down!! What if I had not stretched after that 30 mins of hell...
All that aside, it felt great to start again and feeling the burn of my work. I did it twice this week...feels really good
We're moving to a more spacious apartment which is just down the street for the beginning of next month. the place is empty so the landlord said were can start moving stuff over. So my ST will begin earlier than I expected hahaha. and when I start swimming again..and I know that will be a new set of muscle pains but bring em on!!
