I was watching some Hollywood news program at the laundromat last Saturday as they were talking to fitness trainers to the stars and the "problem areas" of our favorite actresses. Now, I can see how a size 0 might have one part of their anatomy that they want to work on, but when you're 80+ lbs overweight like I am the whole thing is a problem area. Never the less, I began thinking about which one area I could focus on and really change and I settled on my thighs. I looked online for some good exercises, like squats and lunges, and went to bed feeling very productive an satisfied.
Now it's the morning and I am sore sore sore. I bike to work and I'm picturing that long hill I need to do and wondering how the heck I'll make it all the way up it without my legs giving out. The price of health, I suppose. Ouch!
