I am just astounded with my lack of motivation this year. I've gained 15 lbs that I worked sooooo... hard to lose. I was doing so good this time last year...what happened?!?! Anywho, I'm not giving up! So I'm back at it!! I'm just trying to focus on 1 day at a time. I hope everyone else is not completely out of the game. Any tips on staying motivated? Thanks!
