I am just astounded with my lack of motivation this year. I've gained 15 lbs that I worked sooooo... hard to lose. I was doing so good this time last year...what happened?!?! Anywho, I'm not giving up! So I'm back at it!! I'm just trying to focus on 1 day at a time. I hope everyone else is not completely out of the game. Any tips on staying motivated? Thanks!

    You have to have reminders of how good you feel and how good you look when you lose the weight. Of course as I say that to you - I need to do that for myself! I've gone through losing and gaining back too many times! I've also got before pictures when I was at my biggest that scare the crud out of me - one look will make me exercise for an hour.     i've been there but so thankful i haven't done it this time. i personal have stuff all over the place to remind me of what i'm trying to achieve whether it be a quote or a pair of goal jeans i hang on the wall, lol. i currently joined a weight loss challenge here locally and thats helped a lot.
