I'm back again!

Due to having a surgical procedure done on my ankle, workouts will be put on hold for the next two months due to the recovery period and "extensive" physical therapy. I have weighed in and measured up and will post my results of my new "starting weight/measurements" below. I apologize for anyone watching my progress since I've been so quiet. My surgeon lengthened my tendon and performed a bronstrom on my right ankle which is my dominant side. After everything, I really hope I will be able to perform an accurate squat. I haven't been able to for over a year now!!

Weight: 190

Neck: 14.5 in.
Bicep: 12.5
Forearm:10.5
Bust:44.5
Stomach:44.5
Thigh: 24.5
Calf:14.75

I am thanking carbs for giving me the butt and gut I have now. Due to me not able to stand for long, cooking has been nothing but pastas and meats. Ugh! So for now it will be nothing but therapy and maintaining good eating habits. I've included more veggies and fruits when possible and I'm also tracking water in a journal. I'm 30 pounds away from my goal and I can't wait to see future me.
