Well it has been okay only missed one day of not working out so working out has been going great. Calories not so much. I have been doing okay some days than not okay like to day totally blew calories did not track but I know what I ate so... Anyway i'm going to focus on not blowing calories and working out and hopefully they'll get into harmony. Like they were before.
