Well it has been okay only missed one day of not working out so working out has been going great. Calories not so much. I have been doing okay some days than not okay like to day totally blew calories did not track but I know what I ate so... Anyway i'm going to focus on not blowing calories and working out and hopefully they'll get into harmony. Like they were before.

    Sounds like you are getting the important part of your program. Glad you hung in there for every day but one. I usually track my food once a day at the same time so I will remember to do it.     Balance is the key; and you can do it!
The frustrating slips followed by returning to the place you want on the journey's tracks is healthy because.... you learn so much about yourself by just opening up your mind to understand answers to the big questions:
Why did it happen?
What can I change so that I'm not tempted?
Once you think in terms of creative alternatives and then streak to dump the old habits and incorporate healthier replacements.... you won't slip as often.

Awareness is the first step in change.

    Things will balance out; just keep at it. I think slipping back after you achieve your first major goal happens, but you have to remember that we need to develop life long habits. The same thing happened to me the first time I lost forty pounds, but this time, I know these have to be permanent changes. Try changing things up a bit to stay motivated too. Sometimes the same old gets boring.
