Today I had my exercise...more than I usually manage to get in several days in just a couple of hours....My kids were in swim club camp, so I hit the gym there and did the elliptical. Then I did some yoga/stretching, before I entered the pool and swam lengths for 1/2 hour. All in all, the tracker tells me I burned --- sorry ---- torched (!) 724 calories
I will probably repeat this tomorrow as the day will set up just about the same as today did.
That should kick start some more weight loss...!
