It's the end of day 4, and I'm feeling
Still no alcohol or cigarettes either
Hoping my #Teamskinnyb*tch buddy...CTHBunny...is doing just as well!
Lunch: 3oz Sockeye salmon, sauteed red, yellow and orange bell peppers w/garlic and jalapeno and a mixed green salad with homemade balsmaic vinegarette
Dinner: 3oz Cayenne chicken, 1 cup steamed carrots w/ginger and 1/2 cup brown rice medley
