Day 34 Update and Day 35 of 50 Plan

Ok so day 34 went pretty well. I'm getting better, but still pretty swollen and pretty sore around my incision site. So I decided to be smart and not go insane at the gym. I decided not to run. But I couldn't stand the thought of not working out at all, so I did walk for about an hour and a half outside. I got about 5 miles of walking in. I feel so much better. The weather was amazing and it was such a gorgeous day outside. It just made me feel super happy to be out in the sunshine! I ate super healthy all day. I'm very ready for my weigh in on Sunday. After I write this blog I'm going to work on ST my arms/chest/shoulders for 30 minutes.
Day 35 is going to be a fun one. My friend and I are going to do 8 miles walking/running tomorrow. We did it last Sunday and I felt amazing after it was over. Then later on I'm going to be working on my abs/back at home.
Here's my meal plan for day 35:
Preworkout: Banana, greek yogurt, coffee
Postworkout: Scrambled whole egg+ egg whites, whole wheat toast, American cheese- sandwich
Lunch: Left over steak, grilled shrimp, veggie mix (green beans, zucchini, celery, cherry tomatoes, onion), quinoa
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, same veggie mix from lunch
Snacks: Mixed berries, 100 calorie popcorn
