4 weeks in and 8 lbs down. You still have your take out fast food meal once in awhile (it could be even less) but overall you are still on board and riding the train to where and who you want to be. You feel good mostly. Stress from work and home could have tripped you up and derailed you but it didn't. You stood strong. You did what you needed to do to stay on track and you prevailed.

The future holds great things for you. Strength, commitment, laughter, joy, contentment but most importantly love for yourself. Love yourself the way you love others. You hold back that love inside because you don't love yourself but its time to set it free. Be free and share with the world who you truly are inside. No more hiding in the shadows. Let your light shine and brighten up your world and everyone else's.

Goals for the next month is to stay within calorie range, have no more than 2 take out fast food meals for the month.
