Made it this morning and as usual my day was more productive than when I don't make it. Morning exercise is actually better for me than day or evening work outs not to say that anytime is better than not going at all. This was the third time in six days which is a first in over 2 months. Reading my fellow Sparkers blog has been helping me want to get there so thank you all for sharing your thoughts each day. We're in this together to meet our goals so thank you all for being as active as you all are on this web site.

    You can so do this! I was never one to exercise regularly until 10 years ago. My family was going through a very rough time and the only way I could think of to deal with it was to just head out the door and walk. Like I said, that was 10 years ago and I have kept on walking! Last year. I walked over 1000 miles! If I can maintain an exercise program for that long, anyone can! Go for it!!!
Btw, thanks for your comment on my blog. Deep breaths will help...

    Well done, there is such a great feeling in getting your exercise out of the way early, I struggle with it but I find when I do it, it sets me up for the rest of the day. Keep up the good work, you are doing great
